Angela Broad

With a foundation in a Marketing Masters of Business, Ange brings over 20 years of experience across several industries from beauty and pharma to fast moving consumer goods. As the head of Marketing and Design for CCEP NZ, she is instrumental in developing the overall marketing plans for a suite of incredibly loved and well-known brands.

Throughout her career, Ange has been the marketing force behind brands both world famous in New Zealand (L&P) and those that are just world famous like Nivea. From Space Manu’s (swimming bombs) to category leadership in sustainability, Ange’s team has delivered award winning campaigns for New Zealand that are both creative and effective.

Ange’s strength lies in her ability to combine commercial understanding with strategic thinking coupled with world class execution. Her ability to influence and build relationships has been instrumental in getting buy in at a board level and parenting her two kids (Ange won’t say on record which is easier to manage!).

Anthony Crewes

As Senior Marketing Director South Pacific, Anthony is currently supervising all the marketing activities for Colgate-Palmolive across all brands in the region, driving the marketing and digital transformation of the commercial organization. He has an extensive career in Colgate Palmolive, experiencing all the aspects of brand building and marketing, from operations to new product development, and integrated brand experiences in various locations throughout the world (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, France, UK, Switzerland).

Anubha Sahasrabuddhe

Anubha Sahasrabuddhe is a global consumer leader having led some of the world’s most loved brands.

Anubha has extensive experience cross culturally in both emerging as well as developed markets.

In 2021 Anubha joined Lion Beverages as CMO, and now on the role of CGO bringing consumer, ventures, data and technology together to drive growth.

Prior to joining Lion, Anubha held leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Mars Wrigley. Caroline Bonpain

Caroline is a Marketing Director at The Arnott’s Group, overseeing eCom, digital, media and customer experience (CX).

Caroline has strong business transformation marketing expertise in Blue Chip FMCG (12.5 years at Coca-Cola) and small domestic appliances (Dyson and De’Longhi). She has also worked internationally across South Africa, the UK and Australia.

As Marketing Director, Digital, Media and CX Transformation, she drives transformational growth and improved ROI across eCom and all facets of media communications.

Before Arnott’s, she worked at Coca-Cola, leading Effie award-winning campaigns and NPD launches. Later she worked as Marketing Director at Dyson and De’Longhi overseeing the marketing department’s NPD as part of a broader portfolio strategy, identifying digital growth and transformation opportunities, with responsibilities including Brand ATL, Shopper Marketing, Events, PR, CX, Insights and Category Management across multiple categories. During her time at Dyson, CXO Leadership awards recognised her as ‘Australia’s CX Marketing leader of the year’ and, at both Dyson and De’Longhi, was ranked within the ‘CMO top 50″.

As a certified IECL Executive Coach, Caroline is passionate about people, leadership development and driving positive change management.

David Borean

David Borean is Vice President Brand and Customer Experience NEC ANZ, a member of the ANZ Executive Team, responsible for all Partnerships, Marketing and Communications across the region.

Edwin Garcia

Credited with various digital transformation initiatives across multiple organizations, Edwin Garcia is a change agent who helps companies embrace digital innovations, marketing technologies and data in the marketing, media and ecommerce space. James Kissell

James leads a team as part of the new International Marketing Growth division at Fujitsu-rolling out Agile Marketing to a globally distributed marketing organisation. A dynamic leader with a track record of managing growth and innovation in the world’s largest and smallest companies: from start-ups to IBM, HP and now Fujitsu.

His international career has taken him to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and The Americas. Highlights include turning off the lights on the Pyramids, sponsoring international rugby teams and the World Cup. He is an international speaker with engagements as varied as a keynote healthcare speaker in Beijing, the World Cancer Congress (Kuala Lumpur) and ‘Vision’ conferences here at home in Sydney.
