Angelina Miller

As Head of Marketing and eCommerce for Nestlé Purina PetCare in Japan, Angelina is passionate about building brands and obsessed with winning the hearts and minds of consumers. With over 19 years of experience in the FMCG and Luxury Spirits category, working on both the agency and client side of marketing.

Originally from Canada, Angelina established her career in regional and local marketing roles based in Australia, Singapore, and Japan with extensive experience cross culturally managing both developed and emerging markets: New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia.

Ankit Chotai

Ankit is consumer marketing leader, currently as the Head of Brand Marketing at Red Bull Japan, leading the development and implementation of brand marketing strategy.

Prior to his current role, he has worked at Coca-Cola (Japan) Company and also global advertising agencies as an account manager for global brands.

At Coca-Cola (Japan) Company he first took the role as the IMC manager to lead the content & IMC of multiple brands in categories such as flavored sparkling, coffee, and also the first ever alcohol brand “Lemon-Dou” launched by the company. And then, took on the role as the Senior Brand Manager to lead some of the brand development and innovation strategy for Coca-Cola TM and Costa Coffee.

His holistic marketing experience from agency to client-side IMC and FMCG brand marketing gives him the ability to translate business & brand strategy to valuable and effective brand communication and experience.

Augusto Barbosa

I’m the Global Brand Strategy Manager at INFINITI, Nissan’s luxury division.

With over 14 years of experience in consumer research, strategic planning, marketing communications and brand governance across multiple markets and categories, I have had the opportunity to hold roles in both agency and client sides to develop creative work that drives business while telling compelling stories.

I’ve started my career in my native Brazil at agencies such as Dentsu, Wunderman and Publicis, and moved to Tokyo in 2018 to scratch the lifelong itch of living in Japan.

I believe strategy is about asking good questions, no matter how simple they might sound, to understand how seemingly obvious patterns can help identify hidden opportunities to get people to care about our brands.

Elaine Chum

Elaine is the Area Head of Digital & Omnichannel for British American Tobacco. She has an overall responsibility for spearheading Digital, Omnichannel and Transformation strategy creation and delivery, with priority focus of driving business growth through transformation for new categories.

Prior to BAT, Elaine was with Philips for 14 years in various Digital & eCommerce roles in Netherlands, China, South Korea, and APAC, managing the Consumer, Healthcare and Sleep & Respiratory business. She also spent 4.5 years in the agency side with Carlson Marketing Worldwide Singapore, managing clients with digital portfolio, such as ExxonMobil, SK-II and Guinness for Southeast Asia.

In her role for Philips and BAT, she led several business and digital transformation initiatives including transforming Digital Commerce capabilities in the organization, designing B2B & B2C Subscription Commerce business models, and the setup of The Philips PULSE – an end-to-end digital and performance management ecosystem to drive DROI across digital activation in the region. Her work has won internal and external awards in the region, such as at 2015’s Campaign Asia, 2016 Singapore Creative Circle Awards, 2016 and 2017 Singapore Advertising Hall of Fame Awards, and Festival of Media APAC Awards.

Elin is an international brand marketing executive with over 15 years’ experience of building and growing brands in the lifestyle and fashion industry. She is a firm believer in communication that evokes emotions, makes your heart tick and leaves a mark.

Currently, Elin is heading the Customer Activation & Marketing team at H&M North East Asia, where her day-to-day mission is to tie together customer insights with strong brand and marketing activations.

Hideo Ito

Hideo Ito is a Director of Integrated Marketing, managing product marketing & holistic communications such as world-famous Halloween Horror Nights, block-buster attractions and multi-years Brand Campaign for Universal Studios Japan. He is enthusiastic about offering super-stimulating guest experiences and brand building to step change business and brand growth. Those have resulted in multiple international award-winning promotions.

Prior to this role, he led brand & digital/eCommerce marketing for multiple FMCG categories in Japan and Asia Pacific markets in P&G.

Kanako Inomata

Kanako Inomata is an international marketing leader with extensive experience across Consumer, Shopper and Digital marketing. Starting her career at Unilever in Japan, her international marketing experience expanded into South Africa, and now extends across all of Asia Pacific where she leads a multinational marketing team at Zespri International. Representing one of the world’s biggest fresh produce brands, Kanako has led the Zespri marketing team to receive regional recognition including Tangrams Strategy & Effectiveness Awards etc, a mother of be-loved Kiwibrothers.

Kaz Watanabe

Kaz Watanabe is currently Country Manager for Forever Living Products Japan (FLPJ), an MLM/Direct Selling company, leading all the Go-To-Market efforts and the entire operation of the company, better serving their Distributors and Customers network throughout the country. Passionate for serving their health and wellness, and financial freedom as well, through superior products and caring community. Kris Kyoungmin Oh

Kris is an experienced brand and marketing professional with over 17 years of global experiences and demonstrated success in the premium automotive industry. Coming from Korea, she developed her career in global and regional positions covering different markets especially in Asia Pacific.

Her expertise lies with brand management, building brand positioning and rolling out globally, and bringing the brand into life with right messages and contents. In her previous positions, she also successfully improved brand presence and health to enhance the commercial power in the markets, and worked on advocating and governing brand directions.

She is currently leading Brand and Marketing Communications at BMW Motorrad Korea, advocating the sound motorcycle culture in the market through various brand actions.
