Prior to this role, lead the SportStyle Category global marketing efforts at ASICS working closely with overseas markets. Have extensive experience partnering with creative agencies from Tokyo, LA, NY and London. Prior experience in the world’s largest advertising media company, GroupM, leading media planning and execution for global clients. Before moving to Tokyo he has worked in the film production field in LA.

Maya Nishitani

I am an international marketing leader currently serving as the Head of Consumer Marketing at Visa Japan. My expertise lies in designing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns, with a proven track record in both ATL (traditional and digital media) and BTL (including in-store executions) marketing.

Miguel Angel Pascual Nombela

Passionate about business transformation, brand-value creation and people development, Miguel A. Pascual Nombela has +18 years of experience in marketing and business development in different global companies, including Pernod Ricard (PR), Campofrio Food Group or BAT.

He graduated from Complutense University (Spain) and holds two master’s degrees business management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and Francisco de Vitoria University.

In 2015 he become head of marketing & comms in PR Spain taking over the digital transformation, a pioneer market in terms of programmatic media and data-driven business.

In 2019, he moved to Hong Kong as a Mkt & TM Director and appointed to Global Director of a key strategic transformation project for the group.

In June 2022, Miguel was appointed to Mkt and TM Director of PR Korea, a key growth driver market for the group.

During his career, Miguel has won numerous relevant marketing awards including 3 lions in Cannes (the last one in the past Cannes 2019 edition), effectiveness awards and best marketing director awards.

Mits Minowa

Joined NIKE in 1997 and was involved in marketing both for Japan and Europe, especially focused on NIKEiD (NIKE BY YOU). From 2011, I worked at UNIQLO, where I was involved in sports marketing, advertising, brand marketing and product development. In 2018, I was appointed as a Tokyo Olympics project manager for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Then in 2019, I joined Allbirds as managing director of Japan. In 2022, I was named one of Campaign Asia’s TOP 50 most influential marketers.


Does your campaign idea change people’s behaviors? Does it connect to their audience’s emotions? I evaluate, that even if the ideas are related to the local specific, the idea also can be replicated (or inspired) to the other countries and brands. Rishab Mukherjee

Rishab is an award-winning brand builder and business leader at P&G. He believes that transformative brand building is founded on consumer obsession and an entrepreneurial mindset constantly finding better ways of doing things. With more than 13 years of experience across multiple brands in P&G Beauty, he has designed and launched new brands, won numerous advertising awards, orchestrated on-ground business delivery, and led organisations in markets across Asia Pacific.

Rishab is passionate about organisation culture and capability transformation. Currently, he is the Regional Head of Marketing for P&G’s Haircare portfolio in Japan & Korea, leading innovation, commercialisation, media, and culture-shaping conversations for iconic brands such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders and more. He is also the Singapore Campus Leader for the P&G Brand function and an active student mentor. Rishab lives in Singapore with his wife, children and pets and is an avid musician and member of a rock band.

Ross Rowbury

Ross Rowbury is Senior Managing Director and Co-head of Group Corporate Communications at Nomura Holdings Inc. Prior to assuming that position in October of 2021 he headed the Edelman operation in Tokyo for close to 10 years, advising both Japanese and international clients across several industries on their corporate and marketing communications strategies. At Nomura he is responsible for the global co-ordination and strategy for the Group’s corporate communications function.

Ruth Nicolas

Ruth has over two decades of experience in healthcare industry, particularly in the medtech sector. She has worked in downstream and upstream marketing across medtech portfolios of Johnson & Johnson in several countries in Asia-Pacific (Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines) on both country and regional marketing leadership roles.

Ruth is currently Senior Director for Corporate Strategy and Commercial Excellence in Johnson & Johnson MedTech Japan where she leads enterprise functions for corporate strategy, new business development, channel management, commercial strategy & planning and business insights & analytics.

Tony Khan

Born in Pakistan. He is currently the President of DHL Express Japan, one of the world’s largest logistics group, Deutsche Post DHL. He has held a number of key positions at DHL, particularly in the Asia region, including the management of a logistics hub in Hong Kong that plays a central role in the global network, and the opening and expansion of a number of major facilities in Japan, which contributed significantly to the development of DHL business in Japan. 35-year career in the international logistics industry. Fluent in Japanese and Chinese.

Tony Wheeler

As an American/New Zealand family man and General Manager for Heineken Japan, I have a track record of building brands and developing high-performing teams. A strong passion for sustainability, I am known for integrating it into brand communications and being recognized as a finalist for the New Zealand sustainability award. I have achieved remarkable success in executing global sponsorships, including the Rugby World Cup and Cricket World Cup.
