Ally Doubé

Ally Doube is Uber’s Director, Head of Marketing APAC, leading marketing across Australia and New Zealand, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Sri Lanka. Based in Tokyo, she is responsible for driving brand-led growth across Uber’s Mobility, Delivery and emerging businesses, while leading a high-performing regional marketing organisation. Since joining Uber in 2020, Ally has held leadership roles spanning APAC Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing and Head of Marketing for Japan. Under her leadership, Uber Japan was recognised as Campaign Asia’s Brand of the Year, while Ally was named Campaign Asia Marketer of the Year in 2025.

Angelina Miller

Angelina Miller is a senior marketer with over 22 years of experience across FMCG and luxury spirits, spanning both agency and client-side marketing. Currently Head of Marketing for Nestlé Purina PetCare Japan, she has built her career across Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Japan, leading regional and local brands throughout Asia-Pacific. Passionate about transforming brands through consumer-first thinking, Angelina combines strategic rigour with creativity grounded in human insight to deliver business impact. She is committed to recognising work that raises the standard of marketing effectiveness, creative excellence, and communications across the region.

Charlotte Oudin

Charlotte Oudin is a senior executive with over 20 years of international experience across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, driving profitable growth through innovation, strategic partnerships, and transformational leadership. She served as Managing Director of Barilla Mexico from 2015 to 2025, strengthening a complex joint venture while delivering sustained business growth. Since 2025, she has led Barilla Japan, accelerating business development through innovation and cross-sector collaborations. Recognized for her strategic vision, analytical rigor, and inclusive leadership style, Charlotte is passionate about leveraging business as a force for sustainable growth and positive societal impact.

Hiroshi Yoshiyama

Hiroshi is an experienced insights and marketing professional with expertise in consumer understanding, breakthrough brand concepts, and integrated connections planning. Based in Tokyo, he is leading consumer research and analytics of HARIBO across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining HARIBO, he worked across analytics, consumer & shopper insights, and holistic brand marketing roles at international companies including Zespri and Mondelez. He also brings strong knowledge of neuroscience to his approach to consumer insights and brand strategy.

Kanako Inomata

Kanako Inomata is an international marketing leader with deep expertise across Consumer, Shopper, and Digital marketing. She began her career at Unilever Japan and has since led marketing across South Africa and Asia Pacific. At Zespri International, she heads a diverse team across eight markets, driving impactful campaigns for one of the world’s largest fresh produce brands. Her work has earned global recognition for strategic and creative excellence. Kanako is passionate about developing talent and using marketing as a force for good—committed to contributing to a healthier society and leaving a positive impact on the world.

Kaz Watanabe

Kaz Watanabe is currently Country Manager for Forever Living Products Japan (FLPJ), an MLM/Direct Selling company, leading all the Go-To-Market efforts and the entire operation of the company, better serving their Distributors and Customers network throughout the country.  Passionate for serving their health and wellness, and financial freedom as well, through superior products and caring community.  Prior to FLPJ, Kaz was CXO/COO at Amway Japan, and held various growth management positions with SC Johnson Europe & Japan, McDonald’s Japan, Nike USA, and Accenture Japan.

Laura Jang

Laura Jang is Senior Growth Marketing Manager, APAC at iHerb, leading growth and paid media strategy across key markets in APAC. With over 10 years of experience in both in-house and agency environments, she brings a broad perspective across growth, marketing strategy and media in diverse industries. Her expertise includes multi-market leadership, media investment and agency partnerships, combining data, consumer insights and strategic thinking to drive measurable business impact.

Maya Nishitani

After graduating from university, Maya joined DNP, supporting marketing initiatives for a wide range of brands, including the launch of Ichikami and 100% Chocolate Cafe.

Following a role at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Maya joined Visa Japan where she led marketing strategies for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games initiatives and the expansion of Visa contactless payments in Japan. Through brand strategy, communications, and partnerships, Maya contributed to the wider adoption of cashless payments.

Maya has also served as a judge for leading marketing awards, including the APAC Effie Awards, Festival of Media, and Spotify Hits.

Michel Mommejat

Michel Mommejat is a marketing, data, and technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading international brands and agency networks across Europe and Asia. He currently serves as President and Chief Innovation Officer of A.D.A.M. Innovations in Tokyo, where he leads the Company’s strategy, innovation, and AI-driven genomic intelligence initiatives. His work focuses on advancing personalized health, wellness, and longevity solutions through the integration of genetics, data, and artificial intelligence. He also oversees the development of platforms including GenesisGaia, GeneLock, and GeneLink, the Company’s genetics-powered audience intelligence and ad-tech platform serving Japan.
