Akash Deep Batra

Akash currently manages brand marketing, data-driven marketing & communication, new to bank acquisition, customer experience, and business analytics across DBS Bank India consumer banking businesses and brands.

Previously, Akash was Head of Brand Communication, Corporate Brand and Digital at Nestlé India. In his 7 years stint at Nestlé, he also led Digital & eCommerce for APAC Region and setup the Digital & eCommerce function ground-up for Nestlé India. Akash has also worked at Infosys for over 9 years playing various roles in business consulting, product management, and technology management functions.

Recognized as one of the Top 50 Marketers in 2021 by the BusinessWorld Magazine, Akash is a frequent speaker at various industry conferences and universities across the world and a commentator on trends & innovations in marketing & technology.

Akhil Sethi

After doing his MBA in Marketing, Akhil started his career with social media more than 13 years back. And, after learning the so-called nuances of social media, he thought why not learn all traits of digital marketing. Hence, the mind of this curious marketing student took him to his next stint where he learnt – client servicing, account management & media planning / buying, digital strategy and thereby helped some of the biggest brands to achieve their marketing objectives. After that, he thought why not apply all these skills as well as knowledge to help a brand, hence he’s doing what he initially envisioned.

Anvesha heads digital & ecommerce for the Home Care division at Unilever. She started her career with Google, where she worked closely with clients across different verticals. She’s been instrumental in shaping the digital marketing strategies of brands like Asian Paints & L’Oreal. She has been an Economic Times Young Leader & was also placed in Top 30 Digital Marketing Leaders by Brand Equity, Top Digital Marketing Leaders by Exchange4Media in 2023.

She is extremely excited and optimistic about the adoption of digital technology in India and is looking forward to how digital is all set to change of shape of marketing.

Imran Qadri

Imran Qadri heads Marketing & PR for the iconic Harley-Davidson brand in Asia Emerging Markets & India region. He is based out of Bangkok, Thailand. He has been associated with Harley-Davidson since April 2019. Apart from India, he oversees Marketing for Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), South Korea, Taiwan & Hong Kong as well. He has 15 years of Marketing work experience with brands like Hero Honda, Hero MotoCorp, Nissan & H-D. I genuinely believe we as marketers are witnessing the most fascinating phase of our careers with the ever-dynamic consumer and brands landscape. Gen Z is about to join the workforce soon and millennials are approaching 40, rules of the game need to be unlearnt and devised again. In the last decade, marketing has witnessed tectonic shifts with proliferation of technology. Brands today get co-created and co-managed with consumers and live and breathe real time. At the same time, getting back to basics and keeping things simple is more important than ever before.

This is what perhaps keeps me going and makes me a better professional with each passing day. The above of course is the relatively easier part of my life, being a mum to a pre-teen boy has been by far the most challenging and complex assignment, that only gets more interesting by the day!
