ALBERT C. CUADRANTE is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Union Bank of the Philippines. As CMO, Albert is in-charge of strengthening UnionBank’s innovative product offerings and solidifying its position as the one of the country’s leading and preferred player in the exponentially growing digital banking space.
Prior to joining UnionBank, Albert was the President and CEO of Acumen Strategy Consultants, a full-service consultancy firm specializing in business transformation, marketing and sales, strategic digital transformation and organization capability building.
He also had a successful 12-year stint in Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), handling various executive leadership positions across its brands like Jollibee, Greenwich, and Red Ribbon.
Albert began his Marketing career with Procter & Gamble Philippines and is currently a Faculty member of his alma mater, the Ateneo De Manila University, teaching various Marketing courses at the Loyola Schools’ JG School of Management.

Mr Alvin Neo is the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer (CCMO) at FairPrice Group and the Managing Director of NTUC Link. He is responsible for driving strategic marketing, customer, partnership and communications initiatives to achieve business growth, uplift customer experience, customer-centricity and loyalty across the group. Key recent achievements in 2020 has been to have Fairprice achieve #1 in Campaign Asia’s top local brand awards and top 5 in YouGov’s best brand list, both for the very first time.
Prior to his current appointment at FairPrice Group, Alvin has over 20 years of local and international brand, business and marketing management experience. He was part of the management team at leading healthcare provider Parkway Pantai, where he was the Group Chief Marketing Officer, heading their commercial function which included sales, marketing, market development and doctor/portfolio management. He was responsible for driving revenue and volume growth across multiple countries, as well as the development of the group’s Future of Healthcare Marketing. Prior to Parkway Pantai, he was with Johnson & Johnson where he was Diabetes Care Franchise Head for J&J Medical Asia Pacific and Senior Marketing Director for Global Emerging Markets for J&J Consumer. His earlier career spans various business, marketing, strategic business development roles with Procter & Gamble, Gillette, technology startup Netdecisions, and he was also a strategy consulting leader with The Boston Consulting Group.
Alvin holds a bachelor’s degree from National University of Singapore (Dean’s list) and completed the General Management Programme at Cambridge University.
