In this entry, we explore how Mindshare India transformed its approach to new business initiatives for the year. We had a remarkable year in 2021, our 2022 goals were even more ambitious. However, challenges like a slow economic recovery and the Ukraine conflict affected our clients’ businesses, leading to muted organic growth. Nevertheless, we saw this as an opportunity for change. We launched a mission to shift the organizational mindset, devised a new business strategy that engaged everyone in the organization, and it was inspiring to see the entire Mindshare ecosystem come together and exceed historical new business achievements, surpassing our targets by 2.4X.
