Born in Vietnam, Hoang started programming at six and was a leader from the start. Coding long before others even understood the technology he was using or creating. At 12, Hoang became Vietnam’s Guinness Book of Records holder as the youngest recipient of a Microsoft professional certification in 2004. He later secured a software patent from the World Intellectual Property Organisation (specialised UN agency) while competing in over ten national and international ICT competitions.

Today, Hoang is Chief Data & Technology Officer at Howatson+Company – one of the most awarded emerging agencies – while also co-founding Plus Also Studios, its creative technology sister company.

The AI-powered software product suite from Plus Also Studios supports a range of media, including 1:1 EDM, Video Production, OOH, Compliant AI Generative Images, and Voice AI. More than just tech- this innovation, coupled with a new operational model was fundamental to launching Plus Also Studios.
