Yu majored in management, economics, and marketing at the prestigious Aoyama Gakuin University’s Faculty of Business Administration. She also had the opportunity to study abroad at San Francisco State University in the United States as an Exchange Student which gave her early exposure to global marketing. After graduation, she joined Lumine Co., Ltd. in the sales promotion group, where she was placed in charge of all aspects of communication with consumers, from advertising to PR. This experience led her to Inoue Public Relations, where she further expanded her skills in the areas of PR and agency accounts. Joining TBWA\HAKUHODO in 2019, Yu has been working with super-high profile clients, both nationally and globally, and providing consulting services to help the brands further grow their businesses.
