Josy Paul

Josy Paul, Chief Creative Officer and Chairperson of BBDO India, is no stranger to ideas that shake the world. Under his leadership, he and his creative teams were responsible for some of the most iconic and talked about work. He thrives on empathy and emotional data to build iconic brands campaigns like WhatsApp #ScamSeBacho, Ralco #NoPressureDelivery and the latest edition of the long sustained #ShareTheLoad for Ariel titled ‘See the signs of Silent Separation’. It would not be an overstatement to say that his work has challenged the long ingrained social taboos, superstitions and norms and has been the catalyst for creating radical changes in perception, as well as attitudes on a seismic level in India. In his speech at Cannes Lions 2023, Josy summed up his belief saying “Creativity is sensitivity in the world where no one is listening.”

Reed Collins

Originally from Australia, Reed is one of the rare Chief Creative Officers in the industry to have worked across 5 continents. As Chief Creative Officer for the Ogilvy network in Asia Pacific, Reed is responsible for overseeing the agency’s creative product across 35 offices in 17 markets, spanning 5 business units (Advertising, Consulting, Experience, Health, and PR), working closely with a team of 30+ regional and in-market direct reports to uphold Ogilvy’s reputation as a creative powerhouse. Since taking the helm of Ogilvy’s top creative post in the region back in 2020, Reed has been committed to fostering a creative culture that embraces bold ideation, challenges conventional norms and encourages cross-discipline collaboration. And this paid off handsomely in 2023, with Ogilvy recognized as the most creative AND effective agency network in Asia Pacific, ranking No.1 on both WARC’s Creative 100 and Effective 100 lists.
