In 2022, Digitas Singapore navigated a tumultuous period marked by new leadership, strategic overhauls, losing key clients, high talent turnover, and evolving client expectations. It was clear: we had to pivot and fast. In response, we established the Digitas SEA Collective, a transformative initiative to refocus and rejuvenate our approach. This bold move wasn’t just about resilience; it showcased our adaptability and capacity to innovate our solutions and capabilities from the ground up. The results were palpable. By July 2023, the positive impact of the Digitas SEA Collective was evident. Together, we achieved an impressive win rate, skyrocketed our revenue, and not only met but surpassed the ambitious targets we had laid out.

To build our vision and strategy for 2023, we evaluated every aspect of our business to ensure now that we’re at the top, we made sure we could stay there – and at the heart of our approach was a belief in evolution not revolution. From launching our brand new Fame & Flow proposition that has contributed to record-breaking business growth this year, to diversifying our client roster and expanding our regional hub headcount to more than 3.5x, it has been a stellar year across the board for Initiative Singapore.
